We build and manage the infrastructure; the advisor remains solely responsible for client relationships, financial advice compliance, and conversion of held appointments.

2. Eligibility & Advisor Representations

Our services are reserved exclusively for licensed, professional financial advisors. By submitting a lead form or applying, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information provided is accurate and current.

  • You maintain all necessary licenses, registrations, and compliance approvals required to offer financial services in your jurisdiction.

3. Proprietary Intellectual Property

The architecture, visual process maps, software integrations, funnel designs, ad frameworks, and operational workflows utilized or demonstrated by Indeimo are the sole intellectual property of Indeimo.

  • Limited License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to utilize the deployed infrastructure during the term of their active engagement.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute Indeimo’s proprietary frameworks or systems to third parties or competing entities.

While Indeimo builds and manages robust systems to maximize booked and held appointments, business outcomes depend heavily on market variables and the advisor's individual sales execution. Indeimo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost revenues arising out of the use or inability to use our infrastructure.

5. Compliance with Financial Regulations

The advisor retains final responsibility for ensuring that all consumer-facing marketing materials, funnels, and messaging deployed on their behalf comply with their specific broker-dealer, SEC, FINRA, or state-level regulatory requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
